We're seeking an experienced professional to lead client accounts, focusing on strategic communication and public relations.

As a specialist multicultural communications arm, we develop and implement integrated campaigns targeting diverse audiences.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage client accounts, providing strategic advice and supporting community engagement and creative outputs.
  • Develop clear, concise communication strategies and implementation plans for new project briefs, providing recommendations for engaging diverse populations.
  • Support research projects, including desk-based research, qualitative, and quantitative research activities to understand audience needs, attitudes, and behaviors.
  • Liaise with and engage effectively with multicultural media channels and stakeholders.
  • Build strong relationships with key multicultural stakeholders and community leaders.
  • Provide strategic advice to external clients regarding emerging issues and upcoming projects.
  • Produce high-quality written materials, including media releases, web copy, and stakeholder plans, suitable for translation.
  • Plan and oversee the delivery of media and stakeholder events and partnerships.
  • Undertake evaluation activity for projects.
  • Stay informed about relevant multicultural community issues and government policies/announcements.
  • Contribute to new business growth and existing client account development, including pitching and proposal writing.

About You: We require an undergraduate or postgraduate degree in Public Relations, Communications, or a related field, along with minimum 4-5 years' industry experience. You should possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, including writing for media and diverse audiences, as well as organisational and time management skills.
