Multicultural Program Coordinator

Culturally responsive support is critical to enhancing outcomes and reducing recidivism in Youth Justice.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop culturally sensitive program strategies to support young people in Youth Justice.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to create Cultural Support Plans and improve care continuity through guidance and coordination.
- Contribute to improving the futures of multicultural and multifaith young people by providing targeted support.
This role supports the reform agenda to address the overrepresentation of African, Pasifika and other multicultural young people in the justice system.
Responsibilities include monitoring and reporting on priority projects, facilitating project meetings, and preparing program documents and correspondence.
Requirements:- Experience in case management or working with multicultural communities.
- Knowledge of Victorian Government administrative processes.
- Strong writing skills, including drafting briefs and reports.
