**Job Opportunity: Multicultural Education Aide**

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to support students from diverse backgrounds and promote inclusive education.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with teachers, staff, and students. They will have a strong understanding of multicultural education principles and practices, and be able to develop and implement programs that promote cultural awareness and understanding.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provide support to students and staff involved in the English as an Additional Language (EAL) Program, including coordinating and communicating with parents and guardians.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of educational programs that cater to the needs of students from diverse cultural backgrounds.
  • Work collaboratively with teachers and staff to identify and address the learning needs of students.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with local communities and organizations to promote cultural exchange and understanding.

**Requirements:**

  • A relevant tertiary qualification in Education or a related field.
  • Experience working with students from diverse cultural backgrounds.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Commitment to ongoing professional learning and growth.
