Are you a seasoned leader looking to drive strategic growth and operational excellence in a dynamic global business? HelloFresh is seeking an experienced Regional Lead to lead a large team across multiple markets, ensuring key performance indicators (KPIs) are consistently met and exceeded.

This role offers a unique opportunity to partner with business leaders to develop and implement workforce strategies aligned with current and future hiring needs. You will also manage stakeholder relationships, providing trusted, strategic advice to drive project success.

To succeed in this position, you must have strong experience in managing senior stakeholders and leading cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment. Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making, are essential. Experience working globally or regionally, ideally across multiple countries, is also required.

The ideal candidate will have leadership experience with a proven ability to train, mentor, and develop teams. They will be able to communicate effectively and collaborate with internal teams, suppliers, and external agencies.

In return for your expertise, we offer a competitive salary of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as 70% discount on HelloFresh boxes. You will enjoy a hybrid working model with 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home.
