Our Benefits
  • Salary: $85,790 - $95,413 per annum
  • Superannuation, Leave Loading, and Salary Sacrificing Benefits (salary packaging)

About the Role

The Senior Project Officer, Corporate Services, is a pivotal position driving the success of critical projects that enhance and streamline our operations. As a key member of the Corporate Services team, you will report directly to the Director of Corporate Services, leading project management activities such as:

  1. Conducting cutting-edge research and analysis to inform strategic decisions
  2. Gathering and evaluating data to identify areas for improvement
  3. Crafting insightful reports and frameworks to support business objectives
  4. Providing strategic recommendations to leadership and project teams
  5. Overseeing the implementation and evaluation of key focus areas, including Wayfinding, Fleet Management, Accommodation, Waste, Sustainability, and Corporate Records

About You
  • Experience in preparing complex reports, briefings, and correspondence
  • Demonstrated experience in establishing, maintaining, and reviewing systems, practices, protocols, policies, and procedures
  • Proven experience in undertaking research activities, including collecting, analyzing, consolidating, and reporting on data from various sources
  • Experience in developing and critically analyzing program/service development
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite products
  • Ability to build and maintain external relationships with stakeholders
