About the Role of Senior Engineering Manager

This strategic leadership position offers opportunities to drive continuous improvement across multiple sectors and geographies.

  • Plan, schedule and manage Global Engineering and Technical Governance and Assurance activities
  • Manage assurance of Independent Technical Authority Framework and Global Engineering Framework

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of engineering's role across business functions and sectors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead technical integrity across global defence and aerospace projects
  • Develop, schedule and record-keeping of TG&A training programs

This is a hands-on leadership position that requires extensive background in engineering management of technical activities.

Requirements

The successful candidate must have:

  • Extensive experience in managing engineering programs
  • Strong knowledge of multiple lifecycle types including product development and repair/overhaul
Security Clearance and Qualifications

Chartered or Professional Engineer status with a recognised professional body or ability to obtain within 12 months of joining. Additionally, the successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain Security Check (SC) security clearance for this role.
