We are seeking a driven and passionate leader to fill this leadership role.

This position offers the chance to develop a high-performing team and contribute to providing quality learn-to-swim lessons to the local community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and ensure compliance with all aspects of lesson delivery
  • Manage staffing, safety, class occupancy, facility maintenance, customer service, sales, program delivery and community awareness strategies
  • Ensure the well-being of staff and families at the centre

Candidates will be expected to be flexible in attendance across all shifts, including weekend work.
