Senior Care Operations Director

We seek an experienced and inspiring care leader with clinical nursing backgrounds to drive exceptional, person-centred care and lead teams in residential aged care communities across various locations.

Relocation support and accommodation provided for the right candidate.

In this key leadership role, you will oversee all aspects of facility operations, provide clinical and operational guidance to care teams, ensure best practice, and drive compliance with accreditation standards, legislation, and quality frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading and managing facility operations, including staff supervision and performance management
  • Providing clinical and operational leadership to care teams, ensuring high-quality patient care
  • Driving compliance with regulatory requirements, accreditation standards, and quality frameworks
  • Mentoring and developing staff to build a motivated, high-performing team culture
  • Collaborating with regional and corporate leaders to achieve continuous improvement

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualifications in health, management, or related fields
  • Minimum 5 years experience as a Registered Nurse, preferably in leadership roles
  • Experience in quality improvement and clinical governance frameworks
  • Strong financial and operational management capabilities
