Lead Quality Assurance Specialist in Residential Aged Care

We are seeking an experienced professional to play a key role in ensuring our residential aged care services meet the highest standards of quality and regulatory compliance.

About the Role

This is a critical position that will oversee the implementation and embedding of quality frameworks, including monitoring and data analysis. You will be responsible for staying up-to-date on relevant regulations, standards, and industry best practices related to residential aged care.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Support the development and implementation of quality assurance systems and processes.
  • Monitor audits, accreditation, and compliance performance across all operations.
  • Buid strong relationships with stakeholders and facilitate communication and collaboration among cross-functional teams.
  • Lead effective reviews of programs, processes, and systems to implement improvement initiatives aligned with best practices.

Qualifications and Requirements

You will need to have a Bachelor qualification in a relevant field or equivalent experience. A sound working knowledge of residential aged care is essential, as well as substantial experience in quality assurance, audit processes, and compliance.
