Residential Aged Care Facility Operations Manager

This leadership role is responsible for driving exceptional, person-centred care in residential aged care communities.

We offer relocation support and accommodation to relocate to our facilities. You will lead teams and ensure operational excellence every day.

You will be responsible for leading and managing all aspects of residential aged care facility operations, providing clinical and operational leadership to care teams, driving compliance with accreditation standards and legislation, mentoring and developing staff, and collaborating with regional and corporate leadership.

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Tertiary qualifications in health, management, or related fields
  • At least 5 years experience as a Registered Nurse
  • Experience in quality improvement and clinical governance frameworks
  • Strong financial and operational management capabilities
