Leadership Role for Clinical Excellence

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Clinical Lead to drive the delivery of high-quality, person-centered care in our 80 bed Residential Aged Care home.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and developing a team of clinical staff, focusing on a culture of continuous improvement and quality. This will involve ensuring the home meets the highest standards of Aged Care Accreditation, as well as delivering exceptional resident care throughout the facility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and lead clinical care staff to focus on continual improvement and quality
  • Ensure the home complies with Aged Care Accreditation Standards
  • Maintain high-quality resident care consistently delivered throughout the home

About You:

  • You will have authority to practice as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA
  • Demonstrated work experience as a Clinical Care Manager is essential
  • You will possess extensive knowledge of the clinical functions of an Aged Care home
  • Superior communication skills both written and verbal are required
  • A self-motivated individual who can promote a positive work environment is necessary
