We are seeking a dynamic leader to drive improvements in residential aged care services. This is an exciting opportunity for a collaborative individual with a drive to make a real impact.

The Opportunity

This role involves leading the Clinical Outcomes Workstream, driving improvements in residential aged care services. You will be responsible for coordinating and delivering clinical initiatives, planning new solutions addressing current pain points and meeting resident needs.

About the Role

  • Lead the Clinical Outcomes Workstream to drive improvements in residential aged care services.
  • Coordinate and deliver clinical initiatives to address current pain points and meet resident needs.
  • Develop and execute project plans to ensure strategic alignment and timelines.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve goals and objectives.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders to support the delivery of quality services.
  • Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Support workshops, training, and change management initiatives to embed new practices and improve resident outcomes.
  • Report on performance metrics and provide actionable insights to leadership.

Your Qualifications

  • Relevant qualifications in Health, Public Health, Nursing, and/or Aged Care (current AHPRA registration).
  • Demonstrated leadership experience in residential aged care, healthcare, home care, or community care.
  • Strong organisational skills with multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven influencing, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • A problem-solving mindset with evidence-based recommendations.
  • A desire to drive change, deliver results, and improve resident quality of life.
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements and best practice in Residential Aged Care.
