MBA or Bachelor's degree (Business) or a degree in Electrical Engineering or related qualifications desirable.
Proven experience in a senior sales leadership position with direct and indirect channels.
Experience in the Australian mining, EPC, Tier 1 markets and adjacent sectors in heavy industry.
Demonstrated ability to achieve plans and deliver results.
Knowledge of electrical products, applications, and markets.
Strong leadership and team management skills; ability to drive results in a matrix organization.
Experience leading a culturally diverse team and driving organizational change.
Ability to provide detailed reports to management and the board.
Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze sales data and analytics.
Advanced communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Resilient, highly motivated team player with a strong personal drive.
