We are a leading provider of resort management services, offering a unique opportunity for experienced professionals to join our team as a Park Site Director.

Salary:$60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience.

The Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to oversee the day-to-day operations of our holiday park. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in managing high-performing teams, delivering exceptional guest experiences, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a small team of staff to deliver excellent customer service and ensure the smooth operation of the park;
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve park performance, including revenue growth, guest satisfaction, and staff engagement;
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, maintenance, and amenities throughout the park;
  • Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to ensure the park's financial success;
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders, including guests, staff, and local communities;
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and excellence.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a senior management role, preferably in the hospitality or leisure industry;
  • Proven track record in team leadership, customer service, and business development;
  • Degree in Business, Hospitality, or a related field;
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills;
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team;
  • Familiarity with RMS, NewBook, and/or Rez Expert booking systems;
  • Current First Aid Certificate, CPR Certificate, and National Police Check Clearance upon onboarding.
