Job Description

This role will oversee the creation of a comprehensive car park standards manual, encompassing guidelines for signage, bay sizes, line marking, cleanliness, and more. You will ensure consistency and compliance with regulations across all locations through regular inspections and audits.

  • Create a car park standards manual outlining best practices for car park facilities.
  • Implement and enforce these standards at all car park locations.
  • Conduct regular assessments of cleanliness, safety, and functionality, addressing any breaches.
  • Provide guidance and oversight to car park attendants and support staff, including training and performance evaluations.
  • Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations, contributing to site risk assessments and bay count audit procedures.
  • Presentation of regular reports on car park standards and breaches to EXCO meetings.

This position requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and the ability to create and enforce policies.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in retail, facilities management, or a related field, with a focus on standard development and implementation.
  • Familiarity with WHS regulations and industry best practices.
  • Strong understanding of health and safety standards related to parking facilities.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
  • Proven ability to create and enforce policies and procedures.
  • Proficiency in management software and tools.
Compensation

The estimated annual salary for this position is approximately $90,000 - $120,000 AUD, depending on location and experience.
