About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Car Park Standards Manager to join our team at Secure Parking. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for establishing, implementing, and maintaining car park standards across all our sites.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive car park standards manuals, including guidelines for signage, bay sizes, line marking, cleanliness, and more.
  • Roll out these standards across all car park locations and ensure adherence through regular inspections and audits.
  • Conduct routine checks to assess cleanliness, safety, and functionality, reporting breaches to stakeholders and following up as needed.
  • Oversee and guide car park attendants and support staff, including their training, performance evaluations, and scheduling.
  • Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations and assist in developing site risk assessments and bay count audit procedures.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on car park standards and breaches at EXCO meetings.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years in retail, facilities management, or a related field with a focus on standard development and implementation.
  • Familiarity with WHS regulations and industry best practices.
  • Strong understanding of health and safety standards related to parking facilities.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
  • Proven ability to create and enforce policies and procedures.
  • Proficiency in management software and tools.
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities.
