We are seeking a skilled Inventory Management Professional to join our team. This role is based at our Loganholme Distribution Centre and involves working closely with teams across the business to ensure accurate, efficient, and on-point inventory management.


The Role

This is a full-time position that requires a numbers whiz with a knack for spotting trends in inventory data and solving stock mysteries. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Analyzing Data: Reviewing inventory data to identify trends and catch anomalies
  • Investigating Issues: Digging into stock discrepancies and fulfillment errors to find the root cause
  • Auditing Systems: Performing regular audits to ensure inventory records are accurate
  • Preventing Losses: Developing and applying strategies to minimize shrinkage and inventory losses
  • Reporting Incidents: Documenting findings, highlighting risks, and recommending solutions to inventory-related issues
  • Improving Processes: Collaborating with all teams to refine inventory workflows and maintain DC inventory accuracy of 99.98%
