We're looking for an experienced State 3PL Warehouse Manager to lead operations, drive efficiency, and support our mission to set the standard for logistics excellence.

Responsibilities:

  • Operational Management
  • Performance Management through effective leadership, mentoring, and training
  • Limited hands-on work to ensure a full understanding of processes and areas for development
  • Inventory control
  • Effective communication with cross-functional teams, customers, and suppliers

Skills and Experience:

  • Minimum 3 years in a similar role
  • Forklift Licence (Desirable)
  • Extensive 3PL knowledge and experience
  • Proven leadership and communication skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to travel when required
  • Strong OH&S perception and skills with excellent knowledge of WHS regulations
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Must have permanent right to work in Australia
  • Be part of a collaborative team
