We are seeking a skilled Site Operations Manager to lead our high-performing operations teams and drive exceptional results for our valued customers.

The successful candidate will be the driving force behind our operational success, responsible for overseeing warehouse operations, ensuring service level agreement compliance and customer excellence.

  • Lead and develop high-performing operations teams to deliver outstanding results
  • Oversee warehouse operations to ensure efficient use of resources and optimise costs
  • Drive performance improvements through data analysis and strategic implementation
  • Champion safety, compliance, and continuous improvement culture
  • Provide training, coaching, and succession planning for team development

As a Site Operations Manager, you will work in a fast-paced environment managing multiple priorities and thrive on innovation, optimisation, and excellence. You will have the opportunity to grow and succeed with our diverse team.

Our ideal candidate has:

  • Proven experience in operations management in 3PL logistics or supply chain
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
  • Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems and MS Office
  • Tertiary qualifications in logistics, supply chain, or business (desired)
  • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment with multiple priorities
