We are seeking a motivated and experienced Team Lead to oversee the day-to-day running of our fulfilment team at our location.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and provide guidance, coaching, and support to the team to ensure their success and professional growth.
  • Manage the allocation of tasks to team members, ensuring that all operational activities are executed efficiently and accurately.
  • Maintain inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts, audits, and reconciliation processes.
  • Collaborate with other departments to coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfilment.
  • Enforce safety protocols and promote a culture of safety awareness among team members, addressing any potential hazards or concerns promptly.
  • Identify opportunities to improve process efficiency and implement best practices to enhance warehouse productivity.
  • Maintain a clean and organized environment, adhering to established standards and regulations.
  • Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) and other software tools to track, document, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Assist in training new team members and conduct regular performance evaluations for existing team members.
