Project Operations Manager Role

This pivotal position is a great opportunity to join an innovative team as a Project Operations Manager, leading automation initiatives and driving strategic goals.

  • Implement end-to-end ASRS and AGV systems powered by Dematic and E80 technologies, ensuring seamless integration with daily workflows.
  • Collaborate closely with warehouse teams to develop SOPs and ensure safety and compliance, embedding automation into daily operations.
  • Monitor key performance metrics, identify inefficiencies, and implement system enhancements, improving overall productivity and cost efficiency.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between internal teams, technology partners, and senior leadership, fostering effective communication and collaboration.
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualification in Engineering, IT, Supply Chain, or related field.
  • 5+ years' leadership experience in automation systems, with a strong track record of success.
  • Extensive working knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems and system integration.
  • High level of IT literacy and experience with system integration.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience in transformational change and Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
