About the RoleWe are seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to achieve optimal occupancy for two existing sites and a new site due to launch later in the year. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Developing and executing strategic sales plans to maximise business opportunities and achieve sustainable growth and success
- Managing inbound leads and existing pipeline while carrying out prospecting via working with brokers, cold calling, social media/online outreach, networking events
- Running the entire sales process from qualification to close, providing accurate sales forecasts of opportunities to ensure achievement of sales targets
- Working closely with the Member Relations team to optimise member onboarding and experience
- Being a brand ambassador and attending relevant networking events to build a database of potential clients and partners

About YouTo succeed in this role, you will need:
- 4+ years of experience in Sales-related fields (Co-Working, Serviced Offices or Office Leasing) in Sydney
- Proven track record in prospecting and closing sales, with high energy and a self-starter mindset
- Experience in customer service and relationship building, with good communication skills – both written and verbal
- Full working rights in Australia and live within an easy commute of Sydney CBD
