About the Projects

Air Defence Systems Branch is engaged in delivering series of projects as part of Defence's Integrated Air and Missile Defence (IAMD) capability program. Two key projects are:

  • Joint Air Battle Management System (JABMS), providing command and control systems and communications systems that interface with air, maritime and land systems.
  • Medium Range Ground Based Air Defence (MGRBAD), providing air defence effect capable of providing force protection.

You will be working closely with a collaborative team to facilitate and enable the development of strategic, agile and evidence-based solutions. Your typical day will vary from collaborating with stakeholders, analysing information, briefing senior leaders to optimising international engagement opportunities.
