Key Challenges and Responsibilities

Superintendent Strategy Optimisation Role:

The successful candidate will lead a technical maintenance team to drive improvement of maintenance strategies across fixed plant, processing and ore handling plants. This will enable safe execution and reliable performance.

The role involves implementing improvement initiatives that optimise maintenance cost and equipment reliability to support the business plan.

Key Team Leadership Responsibilities:

  • Building and leading a high-performing team to achieve outstanding results in maintenance strategy management.
  • Developing and implementing plans for continuous team growth and development.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure effective maintenance performance.

Requirements for Success:

  • Proven leadership experience in technical maintenance teams, preferably with field experience related to fixed plant equipment or functional support experience.
  • Strong background in maintenance strategy management, reliability analytics, and/or defect elimination.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder influencing skills.
  • Ability to promote and support workplace diversity.

Work Environment and Benefits:

This is a full-time permanent position based at our Brisbane or Adelaide corporate office. The working hours are Monday to Friday, with flexible work options available.
