We are a fast growing Commercial Building Maintenance company who specialise in Commercial, Industrial and strata high-end commercial Building Maintenance & Handyman services, Grounds Maintenance and Cleaning. We have a seriously reputable and high quality business blended with a culture of a supportive and fun work team.
**Role**
We are looking for honest, reliable, hardworking people who have direct experience in Building Maintenance & Handyman.
Multifunctional role in Building Maintenance handyman including:
- Building Maintenance
- Carpentry
- Handyman (all services)
Training is provided however experience in these roles is of a high advantage and Trade experience preferred.
An ASAP start is preferred
Hours on offer minimum of 30 hours per week flexed up to 50 Hours, based on market and job demand.
Hours are flexible and can vary between Monday and Sunday, some early morning required at times based on the nature of the job.
Pay rates are competitive and will be based on the experience and start-readiness you can bring to the role.

Sunshine Coast

**Considerations**
- Ability to learn onsite cloud-based apps for job management
- Attention to detail and ability to identify improvements and problem solve
- Minimum 2 years experience in similar role
- Current police clearance certificate is mandatory due to the nature of the job
- Current White card
- Own reliable transport to factory
- Willingness to travel to different locations
- Good communication skills and fluent in English
- Ability to work autonomously; an excellent eye for detail; work to achieve a very high standard
- Be adaptable to change and response to high quality responding to client needs.
- Good time management skills and ability to work efficiently either independently or as part of a team
**Job Types**: Subcontract, Casual, Temp to perm
Pay: $35.00 - $50.00 per hour
