Job Description

As a Modelling and Optimisation Analyst, you will be a valued member of our Product Support Training and Maintenance Capability team. You will work closely with various program teams to develop models that provide informed decision support across the enterprise.

  • Act as team lead for small, multi-disciplined team of modelling and optimisation analysts
  • Provide team direction and task prioritisation
  • Maintain and update ACEASP OPUS Suite toolset (OPUS10, SIMLOX, and CATLOC)
  • Perform support system Life Cycle Cost, Spares Analysis, Operations Analysis, trade-off, sensitivity, and risk analysis
  • Analyse engineering, technical, maintenance, and supply system source data and specifications to identify improvements to the support system
  • Communicate details and results with stakeholders ensuring right outcome

In this role, you will collaborate with capability for support system modelling and analysis best practice and develop and deliver Technical Reports and recommendations.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Demonstrated experience in analysis and validation of large complex data sets in aviation maintenance and supply environments
  • Experience in fleet planning and support, support system analysis, and/or other associated logistics engineering standards
  • Knowledge of support system/FIC elements and their impact to capability
  • Coding languages VBA, Python, C# or similar and/or database query languages SQL advantageous
