Job Summary

We are seeking motivated and dynamic Personal and Commercial Insurance Producers to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, excellent communication skills, and a strong desire to succeed in the insurance industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through prospecting, networking, and referrals.
  • Conduct thorough insurance needs assessments to understand clients' coverage requirements.
  • Present and explain insurance options to clients, recommending appropriate policies based on their unique needs.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and product changes to provide accurate and timely information to clients.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance overall customer experience.

Requirements

  • Proven sales experience, preferably in the insurance industry.
  • Must hold a valid Florida insurance license.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong customer service orientation with a focus on building long-term relationships.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
