We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Insurance Sales and Service Representative. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and providing expert advice on our insurance products.
Key Responsibilities- Provide personalized service to customers, understanding their insurance needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Identify and recommend insurance products that meet customers' requirements, ensuring they have the right coverage for their needs.
- Meet and exceed sales and service targets for car and home insurance, driving business growth and customer satisfaction.
- A competitive salary of $65,785, including super and performance-based incentives.
- The opportunity to work in our Narre Warren office and from the comfort of your own home, with flexible working arrangements.
