We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Insurance Sales and Service Professional to join our team at Suncorp Group. As an AAMI Insurance Representative, you will be responsible for providing a seamless customer experience on various insurance products, identifying the appropriate insurance policies to meet customer requirements, and achieving customer sales and service targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills
  • Identify and recommend insurance products that meet customer needs and exceed expectations
  • Meet and exceed customer sales and service targets for car and home insurance

Training and Development:

We offer a comprehensive 7-week full-time training program, commencing on Wednesday 31st July, to equip you with the skills and knowledge required to succeed in this role. During this program, you will learn about our insurance products, sales and service techniques, and customer relationship management.
