Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a range of Australian clients across various sectors, working closely with the Head of Products, a Research Manager, and other team members to achieve YouGov's common goals.
  • Deliver high-quality reports and insights that empower our clients to make informed, game-changing business decisions.
  • Provide client training on syndicated data products, including initial consultations and onboarding workshops.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to quality-check reports and surveys.
  • Assist the Research Manager and team with technical demonstrations for new business prospects.
  • Conduct data analysis, visualization, and develop engaging, insightful reports.
Qualifications
  • 1-3 years of experience in market research, business analytics, or marketing.
  • Proven track record in high-quality quantitative research design and delivery.
  • Confidence with basic statistical analysis.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and accounts, organizing and delivering fast-turnaround projects and requests.
  • Excellent client-service skills driven by strong written and verbal communication.
  • Market research agency experience is preferred but not required.
