Job Description

We seek an experienced Business Development Manager to drive new business opportunities and deliver exceptional customer outcomes. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through prospecting, cold calling, and networking.
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to deliver customized 3PL/4PL solutions.

You will lead the onboarding process, developing and executing sales strategies, call cycles, reports, and presentations.

Our Ideal Candidate

  • Mid-Senior level experience in sales within logistics, freight forwarding, 3PL or 4PL.
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to identify opportunities and drive results.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the confidence to influence stakeholders.
  • A curious mindset with the ability to challenge the status quo and find better ways of working.
