About the RoleYou will be responsible for translating program guidelines into high-quality, compliant service delivery that meets quality and performance targets. This involves mentoring clients into meaningful work through trust, empathy, and personalized support.
Key Responsibilities- Mentor and support a high-performing team, driving results and fostering growth.
- Ensure the ongoing development of your team to build a deeper understanding of best practice when working with people with disability, injury, or health conditions.
- Translate program guidelines into high-quality, compliant service delivery that meets quality and performance targets.
- Guide clients into meaningful work through trust, empathy, and personalized support.
- Build strong partnerships and promote inclusive hiring practices.
- Monitor progress, maintain accurate records, and lead by example.
You're a confident leader with a passion for mentoring others and driving performance. You know how to bring out the best in a team, creating a supportive and results-driven environment where people thrive.
Essential Criteria- Qualifications in Employment or Human Services (e.g. Mental Health, Psychology, Social Work) - desirable
- Experience in employment services and supporting people with disability, injury, or health conditions
- Proven ability to meet KPIs and create client-focused employment and skills plans
- Confident in marketing clients to employers and facilitating group programs
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Knowledge of disability legislation, support strategies, and labour market trends
