Lead a High-Performing Team

This is an exciting opportunity to mentor a high-performing team and drive results. As a Team Leader, you will play a key role in guiding your team to deliver person-centered support, helping clients build confidence and develop skills.

About the Role

You will be responsible for translating program guidelines into high-quality, compliant service delivery that meets quality and performance targets. This involves mentoring clients into meaningful work through trust, empathy, and personalized support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Mentor and support a high-performing team, driving results and fostering growth.
  • Ensure the ongoing development of your team to build a deeper understanding of best practice when working with people with disability, injury, or health conditions.
  • Translate program guidelines into high-quality, compliant service delivery that meets quality and performance targets.
  • Guide clients into meaningful work through trust, empathy, and personalized support.
  • Build strong partnerships and promote inclusive hiring practices.
  • Monitor progress, maintain accurate records, and lead by example.

Essential Criteria
  • Qualifications in Employment or Human Services (e.g. Mental Health, Psychology, Social Work) - desirable
  • Experience in employment services and supporting people with disability, injury, or health conditions
  • Proven ability to meet KPIs and create client-focused employment and skills plans
  • Confident in marketing clients to employers and facilitating group programs
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Knowledge of disability legislation, support strategies, and labour market trends
