Job Responsibilities- Coordinate, plan and execute workflow activities to ensure seamless delivery of services
- Manage a team of staff in various settings to promote high-performance culture and employee development
- Provide feedback, coaching and training to facilitate personal and professional growth
- Develop and monitor individual plans to meet all participants' needs
- Analyse and investigate service complaints or reported quality issues to improve service delivery
- Direct experience of managing customer support service programs gained working in the disability, aged care or community sector
- Relevant qualifications or certification relating to the role or equivalent experience
- Knowledge of the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS)
- High-level organisational, time management and task management skills
