About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Food and Beverage Attendant to join our team at Holiday Inn. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a memorable experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Service: Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner, taking the time to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Food and Beverage Service: Take orders accurately, provide menu recommendations, and serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining high standards of service.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Communication: Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and courteously, maintaining a positive attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Knowledge and Compliance: Maintain a thorough knowledge of our menu, including daily specials and local produce, and adhere to health and safety regulations.
Requirements
  • Previous Experience: Previous experience in food and beverage service is preferred but not essential.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and guests.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Qualifications: RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certification is required.
