Regional Performance Manager - Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Regional Performance Manager to oversee a cluster of Fitness Clubs in the South Brisbane Region.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee a group of big-box gyms, ensuring membership satisfaction, retention rates, and engagement remain high.
- Conduct regular visits to ensure standards are consistently met and exceeded.
- Evaluate and improve EBITDA performance and profitability across all sales streams.
- Deliver and lead a supportive and high-performing culture in the businesses within the region.
- Educate, implement and support quarterly and seasonal sales campaigns and collaborations with clubs.
- Develop initiatives to help underperforming clubs achieve growth targets.
- Coach & mentor Club General Managers in all areas of operations & people management.
- Proactively manage club-based consumer brand feedback.
- Work with functional departments and revenue source stakeholders to achieve KPIs within the region.
Your Requirements:
- Experience in a similar performance-driven role, ideally within a big-box gym or other health and fitness organisations.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills for effective collaboration across the clubs.
- A proven track record in driving performance, achieving sales goals, and effectively managing teams across various locations.
- Ability to lead through significant changes, such as new club openings or club expansion.
- Advanced analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
