The Opportunity

No two days are the same at our club. As a Manager, you will be responsible for inspiring your team and driving success. You will use your leadership skills, analytical capability, and management expertise to oversee all aspects of your club’s operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Management of sales budgets and analysis to determine proactive strategies for improvement
  • Contribution to sales targets
  • Management of projected and actual Profit and Loss levels
  • Delivery of exceptional member experiences and successful resolution of member concerns
  • Recruitment, training and retention of staff members
  • Weekly meetings with departmental leaders
  • Annual performance appraisals

To Be Successful In This Role You Will Need

  • Leadership experience managing a sales team in a high volume environment
  • Strong stakeholder management with exceptional communication and time management skills
  • Ability to engage and inspire a diverse team across club operations
  • Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
