Lead Fitness Operations Manager

  • Day-to-Day Operations: Effectively manage club operations, encompassing sales calls, member inquiries, cleaning, equipment maintenance, social media, and inventory management.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a dynamic team of fitness professionals to ensure members receive top-notch service.
  • KPI Oversight: Monitor key performance indicators and collaborate with senior leadership to achieve strategic objectives.
