About the Role

This is a fly-in fly-out opportunity based in the Tiwi Islands, where you will be working as a Support Worker for a diverse range of clients, including aged and high need individuals.

As a Support Worker, your role will be to assist clients with everyday activities and provide support services such as domestic assistance, social support, respite, and personal care.

**Important Note:** This role requires full-time hours and a valid right to work in Australia.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide quality, responsive, and compassionate care to clients
  • Support clients in their homes and in the community
  • Meet the changing needs of clients through flexible services

What You Bring:

  • A Completed Certificate III in Aged Care, Home and Community Care, or Individual Support
  • Current and valid Full Driver's Licence
  • Smart mobile phone
  • Capacity to work independently and effectively manage time
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills with a customer service orientation
  • Ability to work in a team environment
