Workshop Facilitation and Design Lead
Job Description:The successful candidate will be responsible for the facilitation and design of workshops, both face-to-face and online.
They will provide strategic direction and assistance to the team in creating engaging workshops and providing valuable consultation services.
Key Responsibilities:- Design of workshops and new training material to ensure continuous improvement and alignment with business objectives.
- Ensure that all training resources are timely and meet the expectations of the organization.
- Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders to achieve desired outcomes.
Requirements:
- Expert level of experience in facilitating and delivering high-impact workshops.
- Knowledge and experience of adult learning principles and digital learning methodologies.
- Solid understanding of Leadership Development and Business acumen.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Extensive experience in delivering workshops to diverse teams of senior and junior participants.
Location: Sydney, Australia. Ability to travel extensively across Australia and internationally is required.
