Internal Communications Role

This opportunity is for a talented communications professional to shape the conversation within our organisation and drive culture and engagement across the business.

About the Position

The successful candidate will develop and implement effective internal communications strategies to engage and inform employees. This will involve:

  • Creating engaging content through various channels, including employee newsletters, town halls, email communications, and company intranet posts.
  • Providing communications support to executive leadership on strategic priorities.
  • Delivering corporate internal communications calendar, campaigns, and materials for different settings, including screens, posters, and digital platforms.
  • Monitoring campaign metrics and performance to optimise and improve effectiveness.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need to demonstrate:

  • Exceptional writing skills and ability to craft strategic messages for diverse audiences.
  • Creative problem-solving skills and ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Well-developed computer skills, including Microsoft package, with exposure to graphic design tools an advantage.
  • Relevant qualifications in Communications or similar field desired.
