HSE Professional Wanted

Lycopodium Minerals is a global leader in professional engineering and project delivery services. We are currently recruiting for an HSE Advisor to join our long-term lithium project in South West WA region on a 2:1 roster.

  • Assist in maintaining HSE systems, schedules and data to support the delivery of safe projects.
  • Encourage a positive HSE culture across the company.

The tasks you'll perform:

  • Coordinate and report on HSE performance across all Projects and offices.
  • Provide regular relief HSE support to sites as and when needed.
  • Conduct HSE systems audits on site and report with recommendations.
  • Monitor audit schedules and corrective action items for closure.
  • Oversee incident reporting protocols and data management within INX.
  • Facilitate project risk assessments.
  • Align HSE Management Plans and training packages to client/project requirements.
  • Administer the Learning Management System (LMS).
Your Expertise

We're looking for someone with certifications or qualifications within the HSE / OHS space. Experience in EPC/EPCM/Client/Owner is desirable. Considerable HSE experience in a previous engineering / resources related environment is also required.

You should have a thorough understanding of statutory and regulatory requirements. Well-developed technical writing and verbal communication skills are essential. A desire to build and sustain positive relationships with all stakeholders, including clients, contractors, project and office personnel is necessary.
