Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) professional to join our QHSE group.

This role will focus on supporting project teams and contributing to a positive safety culture across the organization.

The successful candidate will work closely with the Senior HSE Advisor to embed best-practice health, safety, and environmental standards across operations.

You will be a trusted partner to project teams, contractors, and stakeholders, leading initiatives that foster engagement, learning, and continuous improvement.

A key responsibility of this role will be to monitor and review key HSE performance indicators to drive accountability and improvement.

Additional responsibilities include assisting in implementing the company's HSE Plan, policies, and procedures at the project level, participating in client meetings, site visits, and inspections, and supporting investigations of incidents.

As an HSE Advisor, you will play a key role in promoting positive Health, Safety, and Environment outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support project teams in maintaining a safe working environment.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of HSE plans, policies, and procedures.
  • Participate in client meetings, site visits, and inspections to ensure compliance with regulations.
  • SUPPORT investigations of incidents and near misses.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related discipline.
  • Proven experience in HSE management, preferably in a construction or manufacturing setting.
  • Strong knowledge of HSE laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
