Job Title: HSE Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) professional to lead the safe design and delivery of our projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive health, safety, and environmental strategies through close collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Conduct thorough risk assessments and reviews to identify potential hazards and mitigate them effectively.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry regulations, standards, and best practices to ensure compliance and excellence.
  • Lead and participate in regular HSE design reviews to assess safety measures and provide recommendations for improvements.
  • Develop and maintain accurate and detailed HSE documentation for all projects.
  • Prepare and submit regular reports on HSE performance and progress achieved during the design phase.
  • Design and deliver impactful training programs for engineering and project teams to enhance their HSE knowledge and skills.
  • Collaborate with contractors to evaluate and monitor their HSE performance and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field.
  • Professional certification in HSE (e.g., CSP, CIH, NEBOSH).
  • At least 5 years of experience in HSE management within hydrocarbon/energy/ammonia projects.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
