Job Summary

Rps Incorporated is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our Project Management division, you will be responsible for supporting the delivery of large complex projects.

About the Role

  • Assist in the coordination and administration of project activities, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation;
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, including reports, minutes, and correspondence;
  • Provide administrative support to project managers, including preparing meeting materials, taking minutes, and coordinating travel arrangements;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project deliverables are met;
  • Identify and mitigate potential project risks and issues;
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members;
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in project management;
  • Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements

  • Tertiary qualification in a relevant field, such as construction, property, engineering, or business;
  • Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks;
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively as part of a team;
  • Australian citizenship and ability to obtain and maintain a minimum Baseline Security Clearance.
