Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team at HEH Civil Pty Ltd. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of multiple civil infrastructure projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning and Coordination: Develop and manage project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Team Management: Lead and manage a team of project staff, including project engineers, coordinators, and other support staff.
  • Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including government agencies and private sector companies.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks associated with projects, including financial, technical, and operational risks.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that projects are delivered to the required quality standards, including compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication channels with stakeholders, including clients, project staff, and other stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the civil infrastructure sector.
  • Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as civil engineering, construction management, or project management.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
