Job Title

We are seeking a Technical Support Specialist to join our team.

This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about customer service and has a strong desire to learn and grow with a company.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment and have the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

Key responsibilities include providing technical support to customers via calls, chats, and a ticketing system, managing and resolving customer inquiries, escalating issues when needed, completing tasks within service standards, meeting our defined response & resolution targets, logging every interaction in Zendesk, recording customer issues, escalations, and actions, delivering high-quality customer service with a helpful, positive attitude and building strong customer relationships.

About You
  • Technical Support: Experience in a technical, customer-facing role providing support via calls, chats, and a ticketing system.
  • Customer Service: Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written skills - clear and professional in all channels, motivated to deliver exceptional customer service and exceed customer expectations.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to escalate when needed and resolve issues promptly, think critically and develop creative solutions to complex problems.
  • Team-Player: Willingness to support colleagues and contribute to a positive, cooperative team vibe, collaborate with others to achieve common goals and objectives.
  • Time-Management: Excellent at staying organized and responsive under pressure, juggling multiple inquiries and prioritizing tasks effectively.
