Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to provide exceptional customer service and technical assistance to our users within Australia.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to join our collaborative and supportive team environment, providing first-level troubleshooting assistance via phone, email, and face-to-face interactions.

  • Provide technical support and maintenance services to agreed service levels
  • Offer Microsoft 365, Microsoft Teams, and other Microsoft application support
  • Assist with the setup and support of Avant applications
  • Conduct equipment setup, relocation, and printer administration
  • Promote a culture of security to meet compliance requirements

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Previous Level 1 Service Desk experience in a corporate environment
  • A valid work visa to work permanently in Australia
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft operating systems, desktop software, and active directory, including Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Teams
  • Strong understanding of Active Directory
  • Experience working with desktops and mobile devices, including tablets (Surface Pro)
  • ITIL Foundation Certificate is highly desirable
  • Previous exposure to Citrix environments and SharePoint is desirable
