Job Title: Client Service Manager

We are seeking an experienced Client Services Expert to join our team. As a key member of the operations team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality services and solutions to complex clients, ensuring quality services are consistently delivered and clients are offered a full range of services as their needs evolve.

Key responsibilities include managing resourcing and workflow to ensure costs are controlled, allocating to client P&L appropriately, translating corporate strategy into actionable goals to ensure alignment with company objectives, and managing activities in servicing client relationships and client operations.

You will also be responsible for promoting a collaborative cross-business environment that fosters change and innovation, overseeing succession and development planning for direct reports, and effectively delivering key messages and communication to ensure relevant parties are informed of any client activities.

Additional responsibilities include assisting with compliance/fiduciary reviews, controls, and audits as appropriate, defining risk environments for business units and ensuring immediate action is initiated and executed to minimize risk events, and ensuring sound risk and compliance controls with resolution of non-compliant items identified.

To succeed in this role, you will need strong operational excellence skills, including achieving efficiency/productivity targets, championing process improvements, and timely & accurate resolution of inquiries. You will also need strong client management skills, including adherence to KPIs (Client/Operational), client retention & satisfaction, and maximizing client profitability.

Required qualifications include an undergraduate degree and/or formal qualifications in a relevant business stream, a strong understanding of financial products and funds management industry.
