Job Title: Property Lease Administrator

Job Overview

Brand Collective seeks an experienced property lease administrator to oversee the lease administration function across all its subsidiaries.

This role is responsible for ensuring accurate lease documentation, maintaining a comprehensive property database, and overseeing monthly rent payments.

The ideal candidate will have at least five years of experience in lease administration and retail property teams, relevant tertiary qualifications in law or contract administration, and experience using lease management tools.

A strong understanding of retail property legislation and retail lease documentation is essential. The ability to prioritize tasks, influence others positively, and deliver high-quality work is also required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Managing agreement to lease and lease review, negotiation, and documentation process
  • Preparing lease summaries and arranging director execution of documentation
  • Maintaining the accuracy of the property database (Lease Eagle)
  • Providing administrative support for all leasing issues and requirements
  • Preparing and distributing ad-hoc reports (e.g., lease renewal, Lease Register) via Lease Eagle
  • Monitoring progress of leasing matters and proactively following up with customers as required

About You

The successful candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • At least five years' experience in lease administration and retail property teams
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in law or contract administration
  • Paralegal background desired
  • Experience using Lease Eagle or other lease management tools
  • Strong understanding of retail property legislation and retail lease documentation
