Job Opportunity
">We are seeking an experienced Retail Leasing Executive to join our team. As a key member of our leasing team, you will be responsible for driving outcomes and building retailer relationships in the pursuit of delivering exceptional deals.
">Your primary focus will be on being in-market, meeting tenants, running inspections, and negotiating face-to-face. You will take full ownership of your leasing pipeline, with direct access to leadership and support.
">To succeed in this role, you will need 3+ years' leasing experience in shopping centres, ideally with a REIT, landlord-side agency, or managing your own portfolio. You will also bring your own retailer contacts and demonstrable deal flow, as well as a strong understanding of asset strategy, tenancy mix, and sales-driven value.

">Key Responsibilities:
">- Becoming familiar with our diverse asset portfolio and driving outcomes through strategic leasing initiatives">
- Building and maintaining relationships with retailers, landlords, and other stakeholders">
- Negotiating leases and ensuring seamless execution of deals">
- Staying up-to-date with market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments">
- Maintaining accurate records and reporting on leasing performance">
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives">

Requirements:
">3+ years' leasing experience in shopping centres
">Strong understanding of asset strategy, tenancy mix, and sales-driven value
">Excellent communication and negotiation skills
">Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
">Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
">Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
">High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
